In Mindlabs Academy, we do not limit our students to just learning the basics of computing. We teach creative computing and thus expose our students,  to various creative computing exercises such as Presentations, Movie Making, Digital Photography and Editing, Programming and etc.
Teaching children programming from young cultivates their creativity and expands their mind. Even Bill Gates has said that learning to write programs stretches your mind, helps you think better and creates a way of thinking about things, which he thinks is helpful in all domains.
We, at Mindlabs Academy, expose our students to Scratch, which is a programming language created for children and is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Lab. It is primarily designed to expose children from the ages of 8 to 16 to programming games, interactive stories and animations. According to MIT as children use Scratch, they learn to think creatively, work collaboratively and reason systematically. And this is in line we our goals.
